Frequently asked questions
1. How many guests fit in the villa?
The whole villa (Supervilla 14) has seven bedrooms and sleeps 14 guests. If there are fewer of you, you can rent just part of it: Supervilla 10 with five bedrooms or Supervilla 4 with two bedrooms.
2. Are the pool and wellness area included?
Yes, with all three options. There's nothing to book separately and nothing to pay on top. During your stay, no one but your group enters the wellness area.
3. How much is the security deposit and when is it returned?
Before your arrival we place a €1,000 hold on your card. It isn't a payment — the amount is not charged. The hold is released within five days of your departure, provided the villa is left in good order.
4. Can we bring a dog?
Yes, by prior arrangement. When booking, let us know how many dogs you're bringing and their size. The fee is €20 per dog per night. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, wellness or fitness area, on beds or sofas, and must not be left alone in the villa.
5. Until when can a booking be cancelled free of charge?
If your plans change, get in touch — we'll always try to find alternative dates first.
6. Is the villa suitable for young children?
Yes. There's a children's room with a bunk bed, a playground in the garden and a cot on request. At the pool, children must be supervised by an adult.
7. How do I pay?

8. Are breakfast or meals included?
No, the villa is self-catering. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an OFYR grill on the terrace. However, you can order breakfast delivered right to the villa, and you can also book a private chef for your stay. For more details, see Breakfast & Private Chef.
9. Where do we park?
There are two spaces in the covered garage and room for more cars in the yard. Skis and bikes can stay in the garage.
10. Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Subject to availability, we can arrange an earlier arrival or a later departure for an extra fee — just let us know.
11. Can we hold a party at the villa?
The villa is intended for family and friends' stays. Loud events and parties are not allowed and quiet hours apply at night. If you're planning a birthday celebration among the guests staying here, message us and we'll work it out.
12. Is smoking allowed in the villa?
No, smoking is not allowed indoors. Outside on the terrace it's fine.
13. Which is the nearest ski resort?
Malinô Brdo in Ružomberok is 18 minutes by car, Jasná in the Low Tatras 35 minutes.
14. Can the villa be rented for a single night?
No, the minimum stay is two nights. Over holidays and in high season the minimum is higher; you'll see the exact number when choosing your dates.
15. Can you issue an invoice to a company?
Yes, of course. You can enter your billing details when booking or send them to us by email.
